Below is a short video on how EcoPure promotes biodegradation of the hydrocarbons inside the polymer chain.
EcoPure is our proprietary blend of organic materials that when introduced to the molecular chain by scissoring the polymer it attracts the microbes that currently break down plastic. Oil in itself is an organic compound, after the cracking process the required materials to allow the microbes to sense the hydrocarbons are burnt out. We allow these microbes to once again sense the material and consume the entire polymer chain efficiently and effectively. By introducing our product into your feeder system just like a colorant you are enabling the microbes to sense the hydrocarbons within the polymer chain turning your plastic product into CO2(Aerobically) CH4(Anaerobically), biomass and water. Our product has undergone extensive 3rd party testing with accredited labs that are ISO certified, we currently outsource our compounding to a Houston based company so that it is a stone throw away from the port for international shipping. We currently offer warehousing in Hong Kong with a rolling forecast that you will be needing. Our biodegradable plastics solutions, using EcoPure, are completely organic, non-starch based and non-destructive to the environment. They are designed for polystyrene (PS), polypropylene (PP), polyethylene terephthalate (PET), polyethylene (PE), polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and most other types of polymer. Bio-Tec Environmental's previous formulation was sold under the trade name Bio-Batch, Bio-Batch is a biodegradable additive that has been reformulated to give you, the manufacturer or brand the best and fastest way to break down your polymer blend into an inert humus. That is why we have reformulated Bio-Batch into our new formulation EcoPure. EcoPure is less hydroscopic in nature, breaks down five to eight times faster than Bio-Batch and is more affordable with only a .7% load weight required at it's minimum. EcoPure has been approved for recycling, letters from approved Law firms for FDA, scientific data to prove it does not leach and premium quality control. EcoPure can also be ran at up to 600F, which covers a range of polymers that Bio-Batch could only dream about. We have listened to our customers and developed for you what we feel is the best all around technology applicable for a wide range of polymers. EcoPure G2 is also our new formulation for the PET industry, this also has the same approvals as EcoPure, but it is a clear form for the PET industry.
